Write straight to the inbox that matches your question:

Not sure which? hello@rexa.ai reaches all of us and gets routed internally. Partnership and reseller enquiries go through the form — choose Partnership from the dropdown.

Which route, and what to bring

The single biggest determinant of how useful the first reply is turns out to be how much context arrived with the question. Here is what each team handles and the detail that saves a round trip.

Sales

sales@rexa.ai

Pricing for the volume you expect, running a pilot, questions the pricing page does not settle, procurement and contract review.

Include: Roughly how many calls a month, inbound or outbound, and which country codes you will be dialling. Those three facts shape most of the answer.

Support

support@rexa.ai

Anything about a workspace that already exists: a call that behaved unexpectedly, a webhook that did not arrive, a provider connection that will not go green, billing questions.

Include: Your workspace slug and the session or call id, plus the timestamp with its timezone. With an id we can read the actual call; without one we are guessing.

Security

security@rexa.ai

Vulnerability reports, security questionnaires, and due-diligence requests. Reports are read by a person, not a queue.

Include: Reproduction steps and the affected endpoint or page. Please do not include real customer data or live credentials in the report.

What happens after you hit send

The form posts to a rate-limited public endpoint. Your message is stored against the topic you chose and emailed to the matching inbox, so it reaches a person whether or not the mail relay has a bad day.

Submissions are retained for 180 days and then deleted automatically. The endpoint applies a per-IP rate limit, so if you are sending from a shared network and hit it, email the inbox directly instead — the address is the same either way.

Only the name, email and message are required. A phone number is optional and only used if you ask us to call rather than write.
