Hello — meet Rexa.ai

The Rexa.ai team

We started Rexa.ai because the voice-AI tools we needed for our own outbound work didn't exist. Managed platforms quietly charge three times the telecom rate. "Unlimited" plans bury fair-use caps in a support page. Credit ledgers drift from reality and nobody tells you until the month-end statement. And the compliance surface — TCPA, DNC, two-party consent, opt-outs — is almost always an afterthought.

So we built the platform we wanted.

The phone side is ours to sort out, not yours: we buy and configure the numbers, and they're covered by the per-minute rate. If you already have a carrier you like, bring it — connect your own Telnyx, Twilio, or Plivo account and your carrier bill stays with your carrier. Self-hosted models mean predictable GPU cost and no surprise rate-limits during a launch. The credit ledger is double-entry and reconciled daily — if it drifts, we alert before you do. Compliance tooling is a first-class primitive, not a bolt-on.

This is our first public post. Plenty more to come — what we learned building the concurrency allocator, why we picked BullMQ over SQS, how voice-clone consent works end-to-end. Subscribe to the RSS feed or follow along on the changelog.
